This antibody recognises the cell surface antigen classified as CD11R1 and stains porcine eosinophils, a subset of neutrophils and NK cells. The CD11R1 antigen is a 165kD molecule, identical in size to human CD11b. However, the expression pattern of CD11b in the human and CD11R1 in the pig are different.
