Application Western Blotting: 1:100-1:500.
ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100.
This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections. However, prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody can be also used on frozen tissue sections or specimens.
Recommended positive control: Colon Carcinoma, Ovarian Mucinous Carcinoma.

Storage Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
