Storage Store the antibody at 4-8°C for up to six month or in small aliquots at -20°C. For longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
CD27 is a membrane glycoprotein that exists as a 120 kD disulfide-linked homodimer on the cell surface of T and B lymphocytes. Cell surface expression of CD27 is increased upon T cell activation by engagement of the antigen receptor (1). CD27 is the receptor of a TNF-related transmembrane ligand, CD27L/CD70. The receptor-ligand complex cooperates with the TCR in the regulation of the peripheral T cell response by inducing the proliferation of costimulated T cells and the generation of cytotoxic T cells (2).
Detects human CD27. It will not cross-react with mouse CD27.
