Canine Concanavilin A activated T-cell blasts.
Spleen cells from immunised DA rats were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line.
Application Flow Cytometry: Use 10 µl of 1/50-1/100 diluted antibody to label 106 cells or 100 µl whole blood.
Background In the dog CD4 is expressed by neutrophils as well as by lymphocytes subsets.
