Human rheumatoid synovial T cell line (ST-1).
Application Western Blotting: 1/100-1/400 for 2 hours at RT. 
Flow Cytometry:
5-10 µl/106 cells.
Immunofluorescence: 1/50-1/100.
Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: 1/100-1/200 for 30 minutes at RT.  
Positive Control: HL-60, Jurkat, MG63, HUT-78, K562, YT, U937, Hep-G2 cells. Tonsil.
Background CDw60 is a carbohydrate antigen present on gangliosides, p latelets and a subset of CD4 + , CD8 + peripheral T-cells, but not on B-cells, monocytes or granulocytes. CDw60 is involved in the co-stimulation of T-cells.
