Immunogen
Immunogen:
Synthetic peptide derived from the C terminus of the human oestrogen receptor beta 2 isomer. Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the SP2/0 myeloma cell line.
Application Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 1/10 - 1/50; This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections; 0.01M glycine/EDTA pH3.5 or citrate buffer pH6.0 is recommended for this purpose.
Recommended Positive Control: Testis.
Background Estrogen receptor beta 2 is expressed in cell nuclei of a range of human tissues including the ovary, placenta, testis and vas deferens.
