Background IL22, a homolog of IL10, is secreted by T cells and binds to and signals through the class II cytokine receptor family (CRF) heterodimer IL22RA /IL10RB. IL22 induces the production of acute-phase reactants.
Concentration 2 mg/ml
General Readings General / background references:Xu W et al. A soluble class II cytokine receptor, IL-22RA2, is a naturally occurring IL-22 antagonist. Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A 98:9511-6 (2001). PubMed PMID: 11481447
