MOC-52 reacts with a membrane- associated protein present in normal and malignant neuroendocrine tissues including SCLC. A positive reaction of MOC-52 and MOC-1 (Cat. No. BM5543) is found in most SCLC cases. The epitope is de-stroyed during formalin fixation.
