Specificity:
This antibody blocks with alpha neo-endorphin. Fibres are found in the globus pallidus and throughout the hypothalmus in rat brain of 4% FA perfused tissue. Cells are seen in the paraventricular nucleus and in the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis.
