4-8 cell stage Mouse embryos.
Application Flow (Cell Surface): 0.5 µg/10e6 cells.
Western Blot.
Background SSEA3 (stage-specific mouse embryonic antigen) is a cell-surface protein involved in cell differentiation. Cell surface antigens are powerful tools for characterizing the function and expression of developmentally regulated cells during both embryogenesis and oncogenesis.
Concentration 0.5 mg/ml

Aff - Purified
This antibody reacts with the Stage-Specific Embryonic Antigen-3 (SSEA-3). The epitope is expressed on the surface of Human teratocarcinoma stem cells , embryonic carcinoma (EC) cells, Human embryonic germ(EG) cells and Human embryonic stem (ES) cells. Expression of SSEA-3 diminishes with differentiation of Human EC cells.
Human and Mouse.
