Application Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: diluted of 1:25-1:50 in an ABC method

Background It stains the normal T cells and the membrane of lymphocytes in the T cell areas of lymph nodes. This antibody labels about 50 % of the T cell lymphomas of helper/inducer phenotype.

Storage Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
