Background Mast cells contain a number of preformed chemical mediators such as histamine, chymase, carboxypeptidase and proteolytic tryptase.
Human Mast Cell Tryptase is considered to be an important marker of mast cell activation as well as an important mediator of inflammation
Concentration 1 mg/ml
Storage Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month
or (Add 40-50% Glycerol) at -20°C for longer.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
