Specificity:
Reacts with a non-characterised nuclear antigen. A 63 kD glycoprotein antigen is recognised in Western blotting. Does not give any fluorescence on non-infected MRC-5 cells, or on cells infected with ADV, HSV1, HSV2, CMV or EBV. Staining pattern: This antibody gives a nuclear staining pattern in IF against MRC-5 and simian cells infected with reference (ATCC VR586) and wild strains.
