Goat IgG whole molecule.
Application Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and Flow Cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended Dilutions:
Immunofluorescence: 1/100-1/1,000.
Flow Cytometry: 1/200-1/400.
Concentration 1.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)

Storage Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. For extended storage mix with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by Immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Donkey Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum.
No reaction was observed against Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit and Sheep Serum Proteins.
