Add. information Dot: Use at an assay dependent dilution. ELISA: Use at a dilution of 1/500 - 1/2500. IHC: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using p-nitrophenyl phosphate code as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.Suitable for other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Not tested in other applications.Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application ELISA, immunohistochemistry, Western Blot
Concentration 1 mg/ml
