Mouse IgG and IgM whole molecules.
Application Suitable for Immunomicroscopy (1:500-1:2,500) and Flow cytometry (1:2,000-1:10,000) or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

Storage Store vial at 2-8°C prior to opening. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.

Lyophilized purified Ig fraction.
Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent).
This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse IgM. No reaction was observed against bovine, horse or human serum proteins.
