Description
Specific activity:
: 200 ng of recombint purified EFEMP1-myc were added to cultured glioma cells (CNS-1 rat glioma cell line) for 6h, and cells were further processed for quantitative RT-PCR.

Results showed increased expression of metalloproteases MMP2 and MMP9, in agreement with published results from Hu. et. al. (Mol. Cancer Res. (2009) 7:1756-1770)
