Background of DNAJB4 / HSP40 homolog antibody
DNAJB4 belongs to the evolutionarily conserved DNAJ/HSP40 protein family. Subunit structure of this protein is homodimer. The C-terminal section interacts with the C-terminal tail of OPRM1. DNAJB4 interacts also with SDIM1.

L1 mouse heart lysates L2 mouse brain lysates probed with Anti DNAJB4/HSP40 homolog Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-6002R) at 1:200 in 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 90min in 37˚C. Predicted band 38kD. Observed band size: 38kD
